Turn Manufacturing Opportunities Into Customer Value
Manufacturing businesses need solutions that align with their operational requirements and business objectives. Finding the right opportunity is only the beginning; understanding customer needs, explaining relevant capabilities and supporting adoption are equally important.
The NEXELON AMOS Alliance Ecosystem brings together partners who can help manufacturing businesses discover and explore the platform.
The Solution Partner plays an active role across business development and customer engagement. Responsibilities include generating qualified opportunities, developing customer relationships, conducting standard product demonstrations, coordinating onboarding and implementation activities, and providing customer support.
Solution Partners also coordinate with Nativebit Technologies LLP to address technical issues, follow implementation standards and maintain customer service quality.
The role is designed for partners who want to contribute to both business growth and the customer experience.
Lead Generation. Product Demonstrations. Customer Support.
The Solution Partner role brings together three core responsibilities.
Lead Generation
Identify potential manufacturing customers, develop relationships and generate qualified business opportunities for NEXELON AMOS.
Product Demonstrations
Conduct standard NEXELON AMOS presentations and demonstrations to help prospects understand the platform and assess its relevance to their requirements.
Customer Support

These responsibilities are supported by customer enablement, customer success activities and coordination with Nativebit Technologies LLP.
Build Relationships With Manufacturing Businesses
Solution Partners help connect NEXELON AMOS with manufacturers who may benefit from a more connected manufacturing operations environment.
The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements and coordinating the sales process.
The objective is to develop relevant customer relationships and create opportunities based on actual manufacturing requirements.
Help Customers Understand NEXELON AMOS
Product demonstrations help manufacturing businesses explore NEXELON AMOS and understand how its capabilities relate to their operational needs.
Solution Partners are responsible for conducting standard NEXELON AMOS product presentations and demonstrations as part of their role.
Demonstrations must accurately reflect the product's actual capabilities. Custom functionality, technical integrations, implementation commitments and unverified outcomes should not be promised without confirmation from the appropriate NEXELON AMOS or Nativebit team.
Support Customers as They Get Started
Customer onboarding helps establish a clear understanding of the implemented solution, relevant workflows and the activities required to begin using the platform.
Solution Partners coordinate customer enablement activities according to the agreed implementation process.

Build Lasting Customer Relationships
A successful partnership extends beyond the initial sale. Customers may need assistance during onboarding, while using the implemented workflows or as their operational requirements evolve.
Solution Partners help maintain customer engagement and coordinate appropriate support.
Technical issues that require product-level investigation or specialised intervention should be escalated to the appropriate Nativebit team.
Work Together to Maintain a Consistent Customer Experience
Nativebit Technologies LLP is the organisation behind NEXELON AMOS. Solution Partners coordinate with the Nativebit team to support customer engagement and follow applicable product and implementation processes.
