Build and Manage a Referral Partner Network
A core responsibility of the NEXUS Partner is to develop and coordinate a network of Referral Partners who can identify potential manufacturing customers and introduce qualified opportunities.
NEXUS Partners help expand this network and maintain productive relationships with participating partners.
Referral Partners are not described as automatically receiving leads, commissions or exclusive geographic rights unless these arrangements are formally defined.
Turn Manufacturing Relationships Into Qualified Opportunities
NEXUS Partners help identify and develop manufacturing business opportunities through their partner network and local or regional customer relationships.
The focus is on understanding potential customer requirements, developing relevant relationships and coordinating the next steps in the sales process.
The objective is to create a structured business development process that connects potential manufacturing customers with the appropriate NEXELON AMOS engagement team.
Help Manufacturing Businesses Explore NEXELON AMOS
Product demonstrations provide an opportunity for prospective customers to understand the NEXELON AMOS manufacturing operations environment and assess its relevance to their requirements.
NEXUS Partners coordinate product presentations, demonstrations and commercial follow-ups as part of their business development responsibilities.
Demonstrations should use approved product information and accurately represent the capabilities available in the product. Functionality, implementation outcomes or integrations that have not been confirmed are not promised.
Support a Consistent Customer Experience
The NEXUS Partner role extends beyond opportunity generation. It also includes coordinating customer onboarding, implementation activities, user training and ongoing customer engagement.

NEXUS Partners act as a coordination point between Nativebit Technologies LLP and the partner network.

How We Approve NEXUS Partners
A NEXUS Partner represents NEXELON AMOS across a wider network, so this role is granted carefully. Before approving a NEXUS Partner, the NEXELON AMOS team reviews each organisation across four areas that matter most to long-term success.
Performance
We look at your track record in generating qualified manufacturing opportunities, developing relationships and delivering consistent results. Demonstrated performance gives us confidence that you can grow the ecosystem responsibly.
Management
Coordinating a Referral Partner network and customer engagement needs organisation. We assess how well you manage people, processes and follow-ups, so partners and customers in your network receive a reliable, well-run experience.
Hard Work
The NEXUS role rewards sustained effort — recruiting partners, developing opportunities and staying engaged over time. We value the commitment and initiative needed to build and maintain an active, growing network.
Support
Customers judge the ecosystem by the support they receive. We evaluate your ability to coordinate onboarding, enablement and ongoing support, and to escalate the right issues to the Nativebit team at the right time.
Each NEXUS Partner is assessed on these criteria together. Final approval, eligibility and the overall partnership are determined by the NEXELON AMOS team and confirmed during partner discussions.
